Copy & Paste this prompt
Act as an executive coach specializing in leadership influence and organizational networks.

Using my recent activity (messages, emails, meeting participation), analyze my professional network over the past 3 months.

Objectives:
- Assess the strength, structure, and effectiveness of my network
- Identify risks: over-reliance, limited visibility, constrained influence
- Provide actionable recommendations

Analysis:
1. KEY NODES — Identify 25-30 people I interact with most. Classify each as:
   - Collaborators (execution & delivery)
   - Sponsors (visibility & advocacy)
   - Mentors (development & guidance)
   - Connectors (bridging teams or organizations)

2. TIE STRENGTH — Evaluate each as strong/moderate/weak based on frequency, reciprocity, and channel diversity.

3. NETWORK STRUCTURE — Identify clusters, silos, and bridging individuals.

4. ASSESSMENT —
   - Effective size: Same people serving multiple roles?
   - Density: Tightly clustered or broadly distributed?
   - Constraint: Over-dependent on a small group?
   - Diversity: Function, seniority, perspective

5. COACHING — 5-7 concrete actions to strengthen sponsorship, expand cross-org influence, and diversify weak ties over the next 6-12 months.

Output: Executive summary + table of key relationships + bullet-point coaching insights.
