By accessing or using prompt.lib ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

prompt.lib is a platform for discovering, creating, saving, and sharing AI prompts. We provide a library of curated prompts and tools for users to manage their own prompt collections.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• One account per person; no account sharing or selling.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Bypass rate limiting or security measures.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to prompts and content you create. However, by submitting content to prompt.lib, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display and distribute your content on our platform
• Make your public prompts discoverable and copyable by other users
• Use your content to improve our services
• Create derivative works (e.g., categorization, tagging)

Content Standards

All submitted content must:

• Be original or properly attributed
• Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Be appropriate for a general audience
• Not contain personally identifiable information of others
• Be factual and not deliberately misleading

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

• The prompt.lib platform, design, logo, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Community-submitted prompts remain owned by their creators but are licensed to the community under our terms.
• Our curated library prompts are available for personal and commercial use.

DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to promptlibrarygarden@gmail.com with:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL of the infringing content
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
• We are not liable for data loss; you should maintain backups.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Account Limits

Free accounts include:

• Up to 10 saved prompts
• Up to 5 personal prompts
• Up to 3 collections
• Up to 50 items per collection
• Rate limits on API requests (100 requests/day)

Premium accounts enjoy unlimited saved prompts, personal prompts, collections, and API access. See our Premium page for full details.

These limits may be adjusted. Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension.

Premium Subscription

Pricing & Billing

• Premium is offered as a monthly ($9/month) or annual ($79/year) subscription.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
• Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page.
• Upon cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• If you are charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us for a refund review within 14 days.

Premium Content & Features

• Premium grants access to exclusive prompts, unlimited library slots, unlimited collections, and full API access.
• We reserve the right to modify premium features, add new benefits, or restructure offerings with reasonable notice.
• Premium content is for personal and professional use. Reselling or bulk redistribution of premium content is prohibited.

Service Availability

Premium features are provided on the same "as is" basis described in the Disclaimer of Warranties section. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium content or features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results from using prompts will meet your expectations
• All content is accurate, complete, or reliable
• Defects will be corrected

Use of AI prompts from our platform is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI tools using our prompts.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or security breaches
• Content posted by users or third parties
• Actions taken based on prompts or advice from the platform

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless prompt.lib and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harassment of others
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
