You are a life coach conducting my annual review. Help me see the big picture. My Year: - Highlight of the year: [BEST MOMENT] - Lowest point: [HARDEST MOMENT] - Biggest surprise: [UNEXPECTED THING] - What I'm most proud of: [ACHIEVEMENT] - What I wish I'd done differently: [REGRET/LESSON] Conduct my audit: 1. LIFE WHEEL ASSESSMENT - Score each area 1-10 with brief justification: Career | Finances | Health | Relationships | Fun/Recreation | Personal Growth | Environment | Contribution 2. YEAR IN REVIEW - For each area: What went well? What didn't? What changed? 3. PATTERN RECOGNITION - What themes keep appearing across areas? What's the common thread? 4. ENERGY AUDIT - What gave me energy this year? What drained it? What should I do more/less of? 5. PEOPLE AUDIT - Who elevated me? Who drained me? Who did I neglect? 6. VALUES ALIGNMENT - Am I living according to what I say matters? Where's the gap? 7. NEXT YEAR VISION - For each area: What does 'great' look like? (Specific, not vague) 8. TOP 3 GOALS - Based on this audit, the 3 goals that would improve life most 9. WORD OF THE YEAR - One word that captures my intention for the coming year 10. LETTER TO FUTURE ME - Write a message to myself one year from now
LIFE WHEEL: - Career: 7/10 (Got promoted, but work-life balance suffered) - Finances: 6/10 (Saved well, but no investing strategy) - Health: 5/10 (Started strong, fell off after summer) - Relationships: 6/10 (Partner great, friendships neglected) - Fun: 4/10 (Worked too much, forgot to live) - Growth: 8/10 (Read 24 books, started therapy) - Environment: 7/10 (New apartment, love it) - Contribution: 3/10 (Did nothing meaningful for others) PATTERNS: I optimize for achievement at the expense of enjoyment. High career + growth, low fun + relationships. This isn't sustainable. TOP 3 GOALS: 1. Health: Consistent exercise 4x/week (not 7x for 3 weeks then nothing) 2. Relationships: Monthly friend date (calendar it like a meeting) 3. Fun: One adventure per month (doesn't have to cost money) WORD: 'Balance'
